Misleading information regards to “tier rates”, I was told that everytime you paid off a loan the next time you take a loan your tier level goes up which means lower interest rates. Another associates told me it has to be same loan amount each time so the rates will go down.So they said I misunderstood it. So I came in and took another loan and they tried to give me the lowest tier again despite of having good payment history with them.Then the lady ask the other worker and decided to give me the 3tier rates. This place barely sends communications and swears someone came to my house to serve me but did not. I just started working again from being laid of due to the pandemic. During this time I have 1 correspondence from kosters before receiving a 1233.69 demand for payment from them. Mind you I only borrowed 261. I contacted them and asked them why they are doing people like this in a pandemic it is very predatory but their only response was "once it has been switched to legal there is nothing we can do" the thing is I have no is... read more
I received an alert to an erroneous charge to my bank account today and immediately contacted this establishment. Thankfully, I'm watchful of my account BUT the experience I had to such a terrible act was amazing! I was connected to Lori who quickly identified this error and handled the matter with compassion AND efficiency! If I were to ever need their services, because of the meticulous customer service I receivedI would definitely be a client for life! Thank you for making a painful situation pleasant.
