When contacting the office I left a voice message and waited for her to return my call. She returned my call within a few hours which I was very happy with but was immediately aware she was irritated that I had contacted her. I tried to explain my situation more in-depth but she instead demanded I tell her where I got her number from (google) and why I was contacting her with my personal problems and then proceeded to hang up on me.
