I can do jumping jacks again! I didn't think I would ever be able to walk past a public restroom or sleep through the night again. My mother had pelvic floor issues throughout her life, and I thought that was just part of being a woman and a mother. Allison is amazing! She patiently debunked the idea that I would have to live with urinary incontinence and gave me a series of exercises that took maybe ten minutes a day. I didn't realize how much this was interfering with my life until I started to improve. Thank you, Allison!
