professional, thorough, considerate
The PT’s are excellent. Only downside to whole experience is that Kort “lost” the faxed order from my Ortho’s office despite Ortho having confirmation it was received. This cause a / week delay, coupled by 2 weeks for me to even be see. By the PT.
