Receptionist watched me walk in up the hall (which is hard for me to do at times because I have bad knees) and locked the door like she didn't see me. When I called she said because I was late they wouldn't be able to see me, now they close from 12-1 anyway but I guess wanted to get an early start. That was Very unprofessional and rude. And a waste of my time. They are only opened two days out of the week anyway so it's hard to schedule with them.I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. Professional, friendly, encouraging, and extremely knowledgeable! From the front desk to the exercise bike, this PT office is the best I have experienced. Tammy and her staff care about each patient and want to help each one improve. I'm glad I found them!
Wish I could leave 0 stars. I had covid and missed an appointment and explained that I tested positive for covid to the receptionist Jenn but she showed no compassion and was very rude about it so I called to check the time of another appointment and again she was very rude and went on to tell me I owe them money which I couldn’t even ask questions because my voice was gone, I still had a fever, chills and body aches and explained that to her but she just went on talking about how I owe money.
