Professional, friendly, encouraging, and extremely knowledgeable! From the front desk to the exercise bike, this PT office is the best I have experienced. Tammy and her staff care about each patient and want to help each one improve. I'm glad I found them!
Wish I could leave 0 stars. I had covid and missed an appointment and explained that I tested positive for covid to the receptionist Jenn but she showed no compassion and was very rude about it so I called to check the time of another appointment and again she was very rude and went on to tell me I owe them money which I couldn’t even ask questions because my voice was gone, I still had a fever, chills and body aches and explained that to her but she just went on talking about how I owe money.
