Stay far away from this company. I placed two orders and they flagged them as "fraud". I called to fix the issue, and they proceeded to ask for sensitive information over the phone that was completely irrelevant. When I took a second to pause and think about what they asked for, the person on the phone said "we are canceling your orders, send a check in" and ended the call. I ordered a custom basketball whiteboard. The frame had a split in it right where the Velcro pen goes. They told me that’s where the frame meets and it’s supposed to come like that. But the frame actually doesn’t even meet. There is a gap. They won’t give me a new frame cause they all look like. So just know, this is what you’re getting if you order one.
