I have avoided writing a negative review so far and understand that KPBiliards is going through a tough transition. Its been almost 2 months since the install of my new pool table had issues (cracked rails & misaligned legs & slates). They had assured me that the table would be fixed by late September. Over the last few weeks, multiple emails and voicemails have been unanswered. I don't even know if the rails were ordered and if/when they will be fixed.
These guys may have nice equipment. However the customer service skills are lacking I have been to their store three times during their advertisers hours. Thay sre supposed to be open now. I have left multiple messages. They do not return them. I would highly recommend ABC Billiards over this establishment. They are always open during their advertising hours. That's why they've been around for 30 years.
They came out to recover our table at our home, not even a year after they covered it, the glue gave way and separated from the slate. Just my wife and I play only on the weekends. They said thay would come and fix it for $150, hell we paid almost $700 to have it done. Bad business for sure
I bussed an entire hour from seattle out here during normal business hours only to find out the entire business is closed for the day. You have lost a customer at this point I cannot believe that there's no notice or anything explaining why you're closed.
