I called the office because an issue on my taxes and Alel A. Baytsayeva was so disrespectful. She has no idea how to treat clients. Not letting me speak, talking over me none sense. Telling me she was doing me a favor!!! Like I didn’t pay for their services at front!! Over all, awful customer service on an issue that is caused by them.
