I was hospitalized for 3 weeks because I needed a place where nurses and doctors are taking care of me while my family member is sick. In one word, the experience was stellar and phenomenal. Everyone there is very kind, knowledgeable, supportive, and compassionate to their patients and do their BEST job every time it’s their shift. I enjoyed the recreational time that awakens the body and mind and the Korean food is top class. If I need nursing home long term next time, this is the place I should be involved in.
My mother was admitted to emergency room for a bad infection. when she had to move to a long term rehabilitation, I looked at many facilities. With national chains and recommended local facilities, I was very disappointed in the care and the staff.
