They delivered a fridge to our cabin Friday Jan 5. From office to delivery staff, they were friendly and courteous. Office staff told us delivery between 4-8pm. Driver called us at 3:30pm to inform us that they will be there within 1.5 hrs . Arrived by 5:15pm. Would not hesitate to use them again.

No notice of delivery ahead of time they called me 2 mins away without any previous warning that they were coming. I had to turn them away and wait till next week. 3 deliveries from HD has been a nightmare. Dishwasher came first washer dryer set were scheduled for the 8th of Dec but they don't know where they are. Range is supposed to be here today let's hope this goes right today.
Very helpful and undwrtanding staff that are willing to make delivery changes quickly and easily
Delivery was good, pick up was a gong show, and the hit and run on our car was the best 👌
