I can’t thank Melia enough for helping my mom bod get back in shape. Being a physical therapist myself, I knew following the birth of my son I would want to follow up with a women’s health physical therapist to make sure my body was healing appropriately and gaining the strength back that is necessary. I was thankful to have been able to make an appointment with Melia on short notice after losing balance on a trail and twisting my leg. She treated me kindly and gently while asking me questions about my fall. She sent me home with advise on healing and exercises to slowly strengthen my knee. I loved that the facility was clean and calming as well as her relaxed nature.
