We refinanced through Kopro, and everything went smoothly. James and his team responded all the questions quickly and provided a thorough explanation on each question. He even went through and explained every single clause in the contract and made us understand what it meant. James was transparent with everything not hiding or skipping anything. He also checked again with the bank to lower the interest rate from what’s initially proposed by the bank. Very happy with the experience.
