Do NOT use this company for your taxes. We started going there about 5 years ago and for a few years we had a great experience. After Amy Bradley left this place has gone down hill fast. This year we filed in March. They filed for extension which is fine but it then took them months to file our simple tax return and over those months they made many false promises, had horrible communication if at all, and even after they finally filed the taxes I then had to chase them for another month for them to give me the bill. Disappointing experience here. They were happy to sit and talk with me as a prospective client. You can be assured that all human interaction will stop after you sign your client engagement contract. I was told that prior to filing I would have an opportunity to review the documents with the accountant assigned. Not only did that not happen, questions that I had presented over the client portal that could have had a material impact on my filing were completely ignored. Very unresponsive and leaves clients hanging until April 15th to file taxes. Also refuses to return materials so that you could take your taxes elsewhere to be done.
Marion is extremely professional and easy to work with. She is also experienced in international taxes. I love that.
Great accounting firm that has been handling my taxes for more than 15 years. Marion and company have provided us with sound and expert advice and support on sometimes complex (to me!) issues.
