Disappointing experience here. They were happy to sit and talk with me as a prospective client. You can be assured that all human interaction will stop after you sign your client engagement contract. I was told that prior to filing I would have an opportunity to review the documents with the accountant assigned. Not only did that not happen, questions that I had presented over the client portal that could have had a material impact on my filing were completely ignored. Very unresponsive and leaves clients hanging until April 15th to file taxes. Also refuses to return materials so that you could take your taxes elsewhere to be done.
Marion is extremely professional and easy to work with. She is also experienced in international taxes. I love that.
