I HOPE THIS CAN HELP YOU! I hired Rachel to help me with a child support case because I started a business and left my previous job. We have been dealing with this case for about a year. Right at the end when she lost my case , and I had a chance to go back in there and appeal the decision that was made, Rachel Kopek ghosted me completely. Literally have not heard back from her since. And I only had 30 days to appeal. I paid a full retainer of $2500 at $200 an hour. The service and communication has been horrible.

Well where should I start! She basically lied to me and never returned any of my calls. She told me she would do a refile on my case and then just ghosted me. All I asked for was for her to be honest with me. I gave up a much smaller settlement cause she said I could get way more and then nothing happened.
