I can't say enough about the service from Kootenay Valley Cycles. I ordered two jerseys from here but one arrived wrong. Chris went above and beyond to rectify the mistake. Since then, I have ordered another jersey, plus some tires. Everything arrived quickly and was exactly as advertised. Don't hesitate to use this store. Chris is fantastic to deal with.
Chris was awesome to deal with. He was able to get me the exact Niner RLT RDO that I wanted. It happens to probably be the only bike like it on the East Coast. Chris bent over backwards to get me the bike, and kept me updated along the way. He helped by running cables, and always answered when I had a question as I was building it. I will never deal with another bike shop. KV has earned a loyal customer.
