Hadn't done taxes for 2020-2023. Asked for them to help me with them. They called, told me they were finished, and when I went in to pay they only had filed for 2023. I waited patiently for 3 months, calling every few weeks to gently remind them, as I will be going to school and need this done so I can apply for EI when the time comes.
