I got a friendly hometown feeling, visiting this branch.
Why aren’t you open on Saturday and Sunday you guys really screw people over you think you would have at least someone to talk to on the weekend incase there’s something wrong with an account or you know somebody uses a cheque like get it together
Have been a member of the Castelgar branch since 1970, I rate it much higher than the Trail main office or the Nakusp branch
I have been a member since the day I was born. Through them I paid off 3 personal loans and 2 mortgages, however in my time of need they refused to help me. The TD bank had no problem helping me and I wasn't even their customer....I am now though. When I went to get information on closing my account and withdrawing my shares, I was not told hat they charge $50 plus tax to close it, but that's exactly what they did. I will never deal with this Credit Union again as I feel they are not there for their customers, they are there... read more
