I just switched all my business and personal banking to kootenay saveings, friendly service and fast information when I need it. When I was in panama my online banking and transfers were seamless.
What kind of bank is closed on Mondays. Also they hold money for no apparent reason. Really messed me up for rent day here. And it wouldn't be the first time they've held my money away from me on rent day. Definitely won't be with them for much longer, as there have been too many problems with them.
