I deposited $400 into the Nakusp Kootenay Savings ATM. The machine stopped working and only returned $360 to me. The bank never apologized for the inconvenience. It has been three weeks and the bank still hasn't given me back my money. They treat me like I'm lying. You would think that the bank can look at the documentation of the transactions the ATM machine made. I don't understand why it is so difficult to get my money back but I have been very poorly treated by this bank and would not trust them with my finances.
