He immediately sprung into action, got my shipment picked back up to go back to him, fixed the damage and loaded up his truck with his amazing daughter to personally deliver my bed and bookcase to me! We bought a custom bed and we love it! Absolutely solid construction with tons of storage space and looks so nice in the bedroom. Rustic chic - the Canyon Trestle black finish is really sharp. Wonderful customer service, we really appreciated the included set up - Pete was lovely to deal with. Really happy with our purchase!
