Today marked my inaugural visit to Kootenay Cannabis, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. The staff at the dispensary were not only super nice, but also incredibly informative. They took the time to educate me about their wide range of products, making sure I felt confident and comfortable with my selections. It was a visit that left me feeling impressed and eager to return in the future.
This place is normally a 4-5 star, good location, good products, fair pricing, but minus points for todays service. I go here every so often, perhaps once a month or two. Vape cartridges have a chance to clog/leak, it's a known fact. Return policies are common. Here, the policy used to be within 1 week, which I have successfully returned in the past.
