Furniture was fine, but once the order was made and money was paid the service disappeared. We were told out Furniture would be 6 to 8 weeks. It took 12 weeks for our Furniture to arrive. While waiting for our furniture we were never contacted. It was us that called Kootenai Moon looking for an updated to when our furniture would arrive. We were never properly communicated with and were left not knowing anything. Excellent service today from Shauna Long. We drove from Creston, seeking a specific pillow for CPAP users. Unfortunately Kootenai Moon Furniture didn't have what we needed. However, Shauna didn't hesitate to offer to Google another store/option, and offered directions to it. Bonus points! We will definitely visit her store next time we need furniture. Thanks for the above excellent, cheerful and helpful service.

This is a beautiful store filled with lovely things and lovelier people! Mandy helped me find the perfect pillow and amazing flannel pillow case to hug to my pregnant belly and I've been cozied up to it every since! She is the best!
