Can't say enough about the incredible staff at Kootenai Health Rehabilitation in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. A warm welcome when you are greeted at the front desk. They keep you updated with your appointments and inquiries. They really keep you on track. The office is clean, and the equipment, toys, and items needed are cleaned and sanitized as thoroughly. Gretchen was our son’s speech therapist for several weeks. Our son loved her and made lots of progress with her. We would highly recommend! She’s sweet and wonderful to work with.
Linsey (speech and feeding) is such a wonderful therapist. Has helped my son so much over the past four years. Love her energy, enthusiasm, commitment & expertise. She’s a wealth of knowledge and the loveliest person. Shelby (PT) is so wonderful, too. She is so very kind, easy to talk to & GREAT at her job! VERY happy with the progress my son has made under her guidance. Highly recommend these two. And the front desk staff is always kind, helpful and super conscientious. Thank you!!
