The people who help you, dont really care about anything and the process takes way to long. And why are your only times for being open is when everyone is at work and cant come in, is the government just really this dumb?
Very well organized and very busy. Make an appointment
It's kind of ridiculous that they want you (under penalty of law, with possible fine) to apply for a license within 30 days of coming here, but you can only do that by appointment, and the appointments are weeks out.
Had to wait a month to get in to get an updated drivers license. Scheduled for 730am. I get there and due to training, I ha e to wait until 930am to be seen. Why even allow people to schedule appointments (or be by appointment only) if you goimgbto still make them wait 2 hours to even get in the door. Im sitting here with 9 other people already. No worries wonder the DMV has such poor reviews.
