The staff was very friendly and helpful. Some laces may have made life difficult for me when I misplaced my receipt when I brought my bike in for a couple of repairs but not here. They recognized the brand of my bike and made life easy for a change. I appreciate always being greeted with genuineness. Keep it local at Koop's!!

Very great place to go just got my new bike rim for a older model of bike and it worked perfectly I will definitely be going back if I need anything else done very great friendly staff great prices
