There is no respect for your time.They ask you to arrive early and alot of other people have the same appointment time.Plan on being there 3 hours including arrival time and check out.This is so ridiculous.There is nothing Kool about these smiles.
My youngsters come for regular visits. Staff is always very nice and attentive to my family. Also, A plus that they get all four youngsters in at same time and by the time I leave facility following appointment is set up.
Worst place EVER! My daughter is now terrified of the dentist. She calls the dentist there the mean dentist and I 100% agree! I paid extra for laughing gas, the lady didn't wait for it to kick in. She also stuck her right away with the numbing agent and started to work on her right away. My daughter said I feel everything. They continued to strap her down in the chair and worked on her for 30 minutes. She cried so hard she had broken blood vessels around her eyes. I was crying and didn't know what to do. I learned my lesson.... read more
Went to get a wisdom tooth pulled today and they had to pull the one right next to it too so that was 2 teeth pulled no pain thank you Kool Smile staff .
