Horrible! They are not considerate of your time! Arrived early, like they ask you too do, and still waited over an hour and left without being seen because every person who arrived after me started getting called back. Systems are terrible! My debit card kept getting declined called the bank and they confirmed that money was available and it still got declined. Had to leave and go take the money out, and my card worked fine, came back and I still waited over an hour to be seen and ended up leaving without being seen again. I... read more
I been with cool smile for my family for 10 yrs they are great nice n friendly no problems
I was very apprehensive about my son's first dental visit. Everything turned out well. My husband was able to sit with him and I sat on a bench in the same room. Hygenist Nikki was great and Dr. Tolmaire was good as well.
Really great visit today with my daughter London!! We were in and out. It was her first visit and she didn't want to leave. Staff was friendly and professional!
My son has special needs and from the moment we walked into the office he was well taken care of. Katie and Stephanie handled him very well and Dr Richardson was calm and caring. Even Richard at check in was awesome.
