Our second time ever coming here and the staff was different. The assistant was amazing but the lady who runs x rays needs to be evaluated. In no way shape or form should be around children. She manhandled mine, was rude, and absolutely ridiculous. She acted pissy that she had to do her job. I’m sorry but why work with kids if you can’t have bedside manner? I called corporate to report her and I’m hoping she never has the chance to touch another child again. Please beware of candy.
Never been and I never will. Unnecessary procedures and children have died from going here due to the unnecessary procedures..why are they still operating?!
This is the worst place they over book. The office is in total disarray. Not for working parents at all. This my last time here.
Had my children into the office they were well taken care of! Took the time to explain treatment and the reason for it! Looks like we need to make a few changes in our habits at home. Thank you Dr's
I Love it! Great office! My children love it as well they actually like going now keep doing an outstanding job! But I also want to include someone who was very kind and I think her name was fabiola she treated my kids every well and I love that
Love it ! They attended me so well, they have patience with everyone I love the assistants the Dientst and the ones helping her are very kind I was so satisfied with Fabiola I loved how she attend she always kept a smile on her face and explaind everything very well she did not give us any attitude like other offices that’s what I really Love about Kool Smiles! Not only the staff but the office too ! I love how it looks they keep it so clean everytime I go I come out with a smile on my face nice job ! Take care ! 💜
I join coming here for my kids and for me , I love how Fabiola repesct me and took care of me . Her ways were Great and I joined going there . Thank you for your time .
