Bought 2 bikes from Julian at Kool bikes a few months ago.. had some unforeseen issues with one of them. From then Julian fully owned this and moved heaven and earth to correct the situation.. astounded by the lengths he went to sort it out and extremely grateful he followed through. Bikes is back and going great .. best service I’ve had a in a very long time .. thanks mate
Bought a $2,000+ bike here in March. Initially service was friendly and I was told a rear rack extension would be included at no cost, with only the surf rack to be paid for. After that, I experienced over 3 months of poor communication, no follow-up calls, and repeated visits just to chase updates. When the parts finally arrived, I was not informed and only found out by going in again.
