They are really hit or miss, I don’t know if they keep changing their disposable formula or what but sometimes it’s great other times it just sucks. It makes me cough and doesnt hit.

I order on July 1st and never got my order and have never heard anything back I have used them for about a year and only had this mess up but the lack of communication is disgusting I've sent several emails even several contact forms never heard anything back I've called several times and left voicemails and once again nothing back

i really liked their disposable d9 vapes and have been a regular online customer for over a year ($100+ per month). my most recent order that i placed on 7/1 was never shipped. i tried to contact kooka inc several times via their business email & phone # provided, but now it is 2+ weeks later and i still haven’t received any update or a reply from them. i wouldn’t mind as much if they hadn’t already charged me $150 for my order on 7/1. the fact that i can’t even get ahold of anyone at this company is really unprofessional an... read more
