September 2024, I bought some property and had Brian do the title work. February of 2025 i still didn't get my deed. He had problems with my deed. In May of 2025 my dad had to go their and show him what was wrong. 6 months later in November, I still didn't have my deed. I call him and he said he has a different title company working on it. In March of 2026 he has the deed with the wrong parcel number on it and he says "it's fine." 18 months later, I still dont have the correct deed with the correct parcel numbers
