WARNING!!! I used Anita for the closing of my home. The day of closing the seller didn’t have all the contingencies done. I told I’m not closing because he didn’t comply with the contingencies. Anita explained that “she would get money put into an escrow account.” She explained an escrow agreement basically states that “the seller would complete the contingencies with an extension.” Well at closing she did achieve an escrow account, which gave the seller an extra 21 days to comply with the contingencies.
