Salah was so incredibly helpful and patient throughout my experience with Konto. He was so kind and easy to work with and made purchasing a couch an enjoyable experience. Everything from the first visit at the store through to the purchase experience was great! I highly, highly recommend!!
At times, buying “big ticket” items can be intimidating. Our salesperson, Heather, made our experience anything but. Her knowledge, both in terms of their product and design expertise, put us immediately at ease. I would recommend her to all my friends and family without reservation.
We have spent the last few weeks looking for a new sofa and the combination of comfy, quality produce and great service brought us back to Konto 3 times to finally order a Denni modular sofa. We worked with Paul who was knowledgeable, happy to help, and even followed up a few days after our initial visit. A big thanks to Konto! It made us extra happy to be able to support a Canadian owned and run business as well.
Sonia was all smiles and super helpful today, she was very knowledgeable about the different pieces in the store. Thank you so much for helping us find the perfect furniture for our forever home. Please when you get there look for Sonia you won't regret it.
Had amazing customer service at the store from our salesperson, Salah. It took us 5 visits to figure out exactly which couch, bed and dining furniture we wanted and EVERY time, Salah was patient, helpful, and detailed in dimensions and finish specifics. I think the store’s selection is terrific and some great designs (Canadian and Italian) at excellent pricing.
