Did not give any information of the process until I asked. Do not expect to hear from her about the process, you need to reach out every time which is annoying. Company had to assign someone between me and her to give me any information because she is not informative at all.

I wish I can give less than 1 star. Very unprofessional. She delayed my husband's H1B filling and denied to file for my H4 at the last moment stating she was very busy. She and her team are the most pathetic and irresponsible. She gets into heated arguments when we ask her questions or share our concerns. Never responds back to your emails.

I wish I could give this team less than 1 star. They give you different and confusing answers every time. Individual case are not very important to them. They mismanaged our case, gave wrong advice and made errors that caused multiple months of lost wages and frustration.
