Terrible, Terrible customer service. On our initial meet and great, everything was fine. Brendan handled our needs and requests with a smile. There was a few days of "behind the scenes" legal paperwork that needed to be completed by Mr. Konouck before the documents could be finalized in our closing and he assured us that it would be a quick turn around without any problems.
