Super friendly Experienced Great Value
So disappointed in how I was treated. This store will never have my business. Dismissive and disinterested in me and my questions. Talked down about my new bike instead of giving advice. When asked about checking the tightness of nuts on my tires ..I was told $100 to go over bike..I rode my bike away without them being checked!?!? I have been advised by my avid cyclist friends to find a new bike shop ...as will they... Ukiah here we come...
This is an outstanding bike shop! The owner is very knowledgeable about all aspects of bicycles and bicycling. He has good prices and is a great mechanic. I highly recommend Konocti Bicycles.
