KGMD is a very professional real estate legal firm. I am highly recommending to use them. I used them for the sale of my coop in NYC. While their fee might seem a bit higher than certain solo professionals, their highly professional services are absolutely worth the marginal cost. From their attorneys to their paralegal teams, their experience and professionalism are outstanding.
