Their customer service is abysmal! Don’t try emailing them they don’t reply, and forget calling, it just rings continuously until you get disconnected. I was wanting to get some help with my Version 1 and also upgrade to their new safe. But not anymore……. Absolutely dumbfounded by the lack of customer service and their sense of not selling their product!

I ordered the Gunbox 2.0 as a referral from a friend who is a CCW Instructor. Right out of the box, it started to make a weird "chattering" noise that would not go away unless you hit it a few times. I didn't think much of it, as I wasn't going to use it for another few months (My Fault). This noise occurs every time you shut it, and sometimes randomly.
