I had a terrible experience dealing with Konekt. I attended after being referred by my job provider under the impression I would be seeing a mental health professional, only to discover that was not the case. During one appointment, consultant Shreya Sen, despite allegedly holding a law degree, incorrectly claimed that recording my own interactions was illegal and demanded that I leave the office. Dreadful experience . I wish DVA never referred me to them I was suffering enough
If you’ve just left the Defence force and DVA has recommended KONEKT to get you back to work I highly suggest you don’t go with them. I am now worse than when I was bullied out of Defence for medical reasons . Broken back and mind destroyed by PTSD their suggestion is get back to work ASAP. no humanity at all. So glad they finally have reviews on google for this place I’ve waited years for this .
