Stay away from this company for injury management. Incompetent people.
Was referred to Konect from April 2023 by DVA, as I was in the process of transitioning from my current job due to an injury suffered whilst in the military. In 7 months I had 10 meetings in coffee shops did some online testing and was no closer to getting a job, I had asked for job interview training and never received it. At the end when I was no longer receiving an income the recommendation was for me to do some study, how was I supposed to support myself?? Terrible service. Incompetent people
Their team members are not trained to respect and value of the injured worker when they hendle. They insulted me (STATING ME THAT OFTEN AS I HAVE INJURED MYSELF) instead of assisting me to recover to back on work.
