Ordered a harness from them on 11/27, I emailed them on 12/14 asking for an update and they never replied. I was about to dispute the charge with my Credit card company when it finally shipped on 12/24. The harness I ordered was size xxx and was supposed to have a blue and a white tug loop. The harness I received had 2 white tug loops which is one size smaller. The harness did not fit my dog. Ordered dog boots. A week goes by, I hear nothing about the item being shipped. I finally email asking for an update, and magically I get an email about the item has been shipped. The boots I received were way to small after following their guidelines. I have now emailed 4 times about an exchange/refund and have been ghosted. I do not recommend purchasing online from this company.

Visited the store in September and was greeted and helped when we came in. Our purposed was to find good dog boots since we had previously purchased 3 other brands from pet stores with poor results. Purchased a set from Sundog Sport in September and been very happy with the results. Have used these on pavement and trail during cold days and snow days, and have held up great. Double straps do a good job keeping them on our Beagles feet, and they don't show any signs wear, and keep our dogs feet dry. Nice product and very good... read more
