Extremely Unprofessional Hiring Process My experience with Konami Gaming Las Vegas was very disappointing. The hiring team shows no respect for candidates’ time. HR fails to communicate or follow up, and the people who were supposed to attend the interview didn’t even show up. This makes it clear the role was likely already filled and candidates are just being brought in as a formality. If you value your time and professionalism, avoid applying here—especially for IT Support roles.

Unprofessional Hiring Process! Applying to Konami Gaming Las Vegas has been one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had. Unprofessional and Disorganized Hiring Experience I applied for an IT Support role at Konami Gaming Las Vegas and was disappointed with the process. Communication from HR was poor, follow-up was nonexistent, and some of the scheduled interviewers did not even attend. This left the impression that the position may not have been open in good faith. I hope the company reconsiders how it treats applicants, because the current process reflects poorly on their professionalism.

Would've loved to work here, but it's obvious they could care less about your credentials. Basically wasted my time coming here and the fact they were late to an interview they had set up is beyond unprofessional. Don't let the fancy building fool you.
