Kona Operator DH 2011 - Amazing bike! My Kona Operator DH is already 13 years old and there are no cracks. Checkmate!
I bought a new Kona Rove in August of 2014, in August of 2023 I discovered a crack in the down tube. Kona has a lifetime warranty on their metal frames. It took me 3-1/2 months of emails, texts, and phone calls to finally get a warranty replacement. I tried to work with a local dealer, then went directly to Kona for 3 months. I would send multiple emails and texts each week. Finally in December they sold me a new bike at a reduced price. It was like pulling teeth in terms of effort and pain to get a new bike from them.
