I'm disappointed with Cliff @ Kona Ice East Lansing lack of follow-up on my request from last week. We discussed the event over the phone on Friday, 6/14, and I promptly emailed him regarding pricing as he suggested. Despite the message being delivered and following up this week, I have not received a response. No call, text or email. Horrible customer service. KONA ICE CINCINNATI. Very dismissive when teachers wanted to pay for larger cups and was very stern about only having 30 minutes to serve our entire school. Pulled up with a cart instead of a truck. Tigers blood has a very weird taste this time. We are set for Kona Ice every other week but if we will continue to be treated in this manner we will find a better vendor.

Came here as a student and got the full tour and company history. Awesome spot, great atmosphere and really yummy snacks! Didn’t order any shaved ice but did try some of their coffee out of the new trucks and that was really good! Lots of flavor options for both coffee and shaved ice, great for catering and just a good time over all :) have a great one yall
