Stopped in on my way through Vancouver while visiting from the U.S. The showroom staff was great to talk to and super friendly. Got to see some really cool bikes while browsing the awesome merch. Will definitely be back next time I'm in town!
A nut keeps coming loose on my bike. On one ride I didn't catch it in time and it fell off. Called them up and they'd said it's a poor design /known issue so the person said they'd give me one. When I got there they charged me for it .

The initial quality of my bike seemed to be good. 2018 Rove nrb that I purchased in May of 2020. I found one of the riv nut inserts loose in the frame and the bolt was too tight. So while trying to remove the bolt to mount an accessory the riv nut will spin inside of the frame. I contacted Kona and the shop, More Bikes, that put the bike together for me to fix it. I've been waiting for a call back since March 11. Dan Capek will just say "happy trails" when he did nothing. Long story short, don't expect help with any warranty... read more
