I went to see Daniel at Komyuniti Wellness for help with an Achilles issue and he was brilliant. Daniel took the time to understand the root cause of the pain, he worked on my hips, glutes and abductors to get them to reengage, and as a result get my whole body primed and ready for my upcoming marathon.
