I went to see Daniel at Komyuniti Wellness for help with an Achilles issue and he was brilliant. Daniel took the time to understand the root cause of the pain, he worked on my hips, glutes and abductors to get them to reengage, and as a result get my whole body primed and ready for my upcoming marathon. Incredible service, fantastic location. I had a really lovely session with Tiana- super knowledgeable, worked with my bodies needs, made changes to the treatment and reassured and spoke to rationale for certain points which I loved learning about. The whole set up alongside Tiana's presence makes you feel so safe to unwind and let magic of the treatment work wonders on resetting to a more balanced state. Thabkyou so much
