Brought my console in a month ago. Was told it would be fixed within a couple days. No contact from the shop for weeks. They donāt answer the phone, and the shop is ALWAYS closed. Avoid like the plague.Ā

Left my laptop with them on Saturday, was told I would get a call on Monday to come and collect it. Didn't get one, so tried to call and I can't get any response, went to visit in person and the place is all shut up. Went back today and the same. Very concerned about my laptop and have been unable to complete a variety of tasks. Very worried, as have had no information, and still shows as open online.
