I worked with Kolton's Home Mortgage for 7 years in another state and understand the challenges and approach to making sure you get it right or make it right every time! The owner at Kolton's and his team are some of the best I've come across in the lending industry. I will continue to recommend them as a business that really gets the job done right with a focus on the client and not just another transaction, as is so typical in this industry!

The team was wonderful! I had no idea what to expect buying my first home but they made everything seem so easy and took care of everything. They sent out weekly progress updates which helped me understand what was going on and how far along the process was. I highly recommend Kolton's Home Mortgage Lending!!

My experience at Mortgage was fantastic. Best rate compared with the big banks and other brokers. My mortgage advisor was fantastic to work with. He was knowledgeable, proactive and professional. Would recommend to anyone.
