I would strongly advise against using this firm. Their lack of communication is a major problem; they failed to follow up with us as Tax Day neared, forcing my wife and me to scramble to file an extension ourselves. When they did finally complete our taxes, they made a critical errors. Both the IRS and the state sent us letters informing us that we owed more, which was a direct result of their mistakes. My trust in this firm is completely gone, and I will never be a client again.
