Abdul said he would take a load for us knowing his truck was in the shop and not ready to go. Had us believing that the load was a-okay just to call back a half an hour later and say the truck wouldn't be ready by pickup time. Thanks for not staying true to your word, Abdul. Will keep note of this in the future as well. If rate was the issue, let me know and we'll work on it but don't tell someone you'll cover their load just to sit around and think about it for a half an hour just to fall out. Thank you, Abdul.
